At GC Premium Jewellery, your satisfaction means everything to us. Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully.
Returns
We accept returns for certain conditions on products within 24 hours of delivery. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging and tags must be intact
- Received a damaged item or the wrong product item
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at sales@gcpremiumjewellery.com or WhatsApp on +91 7874150692 with your order number, product images and reason for return. Delivery charges may applied for return.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
- GC Premium Jewellery reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the return policy conditions
Damaged or Wrong Product?
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly share clear photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or refund based on the issue.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 24 hours of delivery for eligible products. To process an exchange, please contact sales@gcpremiumjewellery.com with your order details and reason for the exchange. Once approved, you may return the item and place a new order for the preferred product.
